In case you missed it, the last two days have seen Isaiah Mustafa, also known as the “The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” or “Old Spice Guy” from the Old Spice commercials responding to Tweets and Facebook messages in near real-time on YouTube.

Yesterday, ABC News’ “Good Morning America” anchor George Stephanopoulos tweeted at him:

Hey Old Spice Man — Political question: President’s lost some female support. How does WH get those women voters back?

Ask and ye shall receive, as “Old Spice Guy” responded to him shortly thereafter:

The viral marketing ploy clearly worked, as “GMA” featured the response on the show this morning, and also brought in Mustafa via Skype to talk about the ad campaign.
