Fox News Channel host Glenn Beck went on NBC’s “Today” this morning — his first ever visit — to promote his new self-help book The 7. Beck and his co-author Dr. Keith Ablow sat down with Meredith Vieira to discuss the book.
When Vieira pressed Beck on some controversial statements and jokes he has made in the past, and whether he regretted any of them, he stood firm.
“Anything that I said in jokes: no. Ask Jon Stewart, ask “The Simpsons.” If you ask that question to those guys, I think you will get the same answer, no, comedy is comedy.”
“Do you really think that people don’t know the things that I say?” he said.
