Dylan Ratigan may not be hosting CNBC’s 5pm show “Fast Money” anymore, but he turned up on FBN’s 5pm show “Happy Hour”…in a cutout…behind his one-time “Fast Money” panelist-turned FBN anchor, Eric Bolling.

The cutout has not yet been referenced by hosts Bolling, Rebecca Diamond and Cody Willard.
