Hemmer To Host “Fox Online” At Noon

Update: 11am: The NY Post reports: “If the Internet can make a splash re-airing the best bits of TV — hello YouTube — TV has some rights, too. At noon today, Fox News Channel launches a new daily one-hour show, ‘Fox Online,’ hosted by Bill Hemmer. It will focus on politics on the Web and traffic-stopping videos.”

Update: 10:53am: The program will “encompass numerous website features that link coverage with Foxnews.com,” FNC says. “FOX Online will incorporate key online features and interactive segments, including:



  • Download This — highlights the featured video of the day from Foxnews.com

  • Plugged In — selects viewer questions sent to FoxOnline@Foxnews.com for the viewer email segment

  • Buzztracker — tracks the latest political topics to cover using Foxnews.com’s partnership with RealClearPolitics.com”
