Hill Gets Sappy in Her Goodbye Newsletter

Erica Hill wrote in her email newsletter, “View from the Hill,” that Friday will be last day anchoring Prime News on HLN. TVNewser first reported that Hill would be joining CNN’s AC360, making the move from Atlanta to New York.

“The 360 offer was simply too good to pass up and it just seemed like the right time to take that leap and give it a shot,” Hill writes. “I predict some choking up and fighting back of tears, as well as some good laughs. A Prime News you don’t want to miss!”

A Headline News insider tells TVNewser the 5pm-7pmET timeslot will remain as Prime News but that no single anchor is expected to be announced any time soon.
