How About a Swim in the Hudson?

We had our annual mediabistro summer outing at the 79th St. Boat Basin along the Hudson River here in New York Thursday. (There’s the happy mediabistro.com editorial team below.)

We spotted crews putting up signs for tomorrow’s 10th annual Nautica New York City Triathlon. The swim portion — yes they’ll be swimming in the Hudson, not far from where Sully landed last year — ends around 79th St.

Among those competing in the 1500m swim, 40k bike ride, and 10k run, is Fox Business Network anchor Liz Claman. Claman talked about it Friday morning on WNYW-FOX5.
