The hurricane keeping the President and VP away from the Republican National Convention is getting wall-to-wall coverage on the cablers.

Currently Gov. Bobby Jindal is speaking on all three cable networks — the Veep potential has also announced he will not be at the RNC.

FNC has employed a permanent lower third, even during commercial breaks, of Gustav information and a radar map. MSNBC announced it has replaced doc block from 7-9pmET with hurricane coverage.
