It’s Official: Joe the Plumber is Here to Stay
We began counting how many minutes of fame Joe the Plumber had amassed in a post yesterday, but it appears there’s no need to continue a running counter: Joe the Plumber now has a publicist, a record deal and more media appearances on the horizon.
PRNewser’s Joe Ciarallo talks to Joe’s newly-named publicist, Jim Della Croce, owner of PR agency The Press Office.
The record deal came about after Joe’s appearance on Mike Huckabee‘s FNC program earlier this month, when he met country star Aaron Tippin. The deal is a “hybrid management deal with country star Aaron Tippin, Bobby Roberts, who owns the booking agency Bobby Roberts Company, (they handle artists like Aaron and Merle Haggard) and The Press Office.”
As for Joe’s upcoming interviews, he’s headed to MSNBC next, with an interview on MSNBC Dayside with Alex Witt on Saturday.
