It’s Over: Josh Howard Leaves CBS News

After reaching a settlement with CBS, disgraced 60 Minutes Wednesday executive producer Josh Howard has quit. “While I am proud of all I have accomplished at CBS News over my entire 23-year career, it has become clear to me that the time has come for me to move on,” Howard said in a statement.

The AP says that “Howard has gotten job inquiries from other news organizations and expects to remain in the news business,” according to his lawyer. (A few weeks ago I heard a rumor that Howard has been seen in the halls of CNBC.)
