JonBenet Arrest: Remembering The “Shameful Behavior” Of Media & Authorities

On ABCNews.com, Jake Tapper remembers “the unholy alliance between idiot authorities and reporters hungry for a scoop” that convinced John and Patsy Ramsey in the court of public opinion. (“I’ve never felt convicted other than by the media,” John Ramsey said on Nightline.)

Tapper writes: “I hope the media and authorities are looking long and hard at their own shameful behavior in this whole affair. Of course, I doubt that anyone is…but it’s very important for all of us to remember lessons learned here for future reference.”
