Justice Scalia Speaks Out on 60 Minutes

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia speaks with Lesley Stahl this week on CBS’ 60 Minutes, Sunday at 7pm.

Scalia discusses the Supreme Court’s decision in Gore v. Bush. “Get over it. It’s so old by now. The principal issue in the case, whether the scheme that the Florida Supreme Court had put together violated the federal Constitution, that wasn’t even close,” he says.

Earlier this month TVNewser reported that this interview would be “the centerpiece of a limited round of publicity,” Scalia will do to promote his new book.
