Katie Couric Meets the Press

On her trip last week to the Middle East and Africa, Katie Couric whipped out her Flip cam to get a feel for the local scene. She also interviewed some of the other members of the press covering Secy. Gates’ trip, who all happened to be on deadline at the time. The video below includes a special treat from CNN’s Chris Lawrence.

Couric will be on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” tonight talking about her reporting which culminates in a “60 Minutes” piece Sunday.
