Katrina: “Stone Age” Communication

“I feel like I’m on an island right now,” FNC’s Jeff Goldblatt said on FNC during the 5pm hour.

“Right now it’s communication by way of the stone ages. I’m on a pay phone right now,” he explained from a street in New Orleans. He tried to broadcast via satellite phone earlier, but “that was pretty challenging.”

“I’m trying not to sound like doomsday or chicken little or the sky is falling, but there is palpable concern in this city,” he continued…
