Keith Olbermann Begins Promoting CurrentTV Show

The Website PaidContent announced that Current TV’s Keith Olbermann and the network’s co-founder Joel Hyatt will appear next week at their annual conference. From the site:

When we started planning paidContent 2011, I can safely say lunch with Keith Olbermann wasn’t on the list. Then he split with MSNBC after eight years—and landed at smaller cable net Current TV as Chief News Officer, Executive Producer and Host. Why did Olbermann, who ran into trouble with NBCUniversal over campaign donations and other issues, take this route instead of going his own way on the internet or other options? And why do Current TV co-founders Al Gore and Joel Hyatt think Olbermann and his brand of acerbic commentary can lead the network, soon to relaunch, out of ratings obscurity?

These will be among the questions when Olbermann, making his first appearance since the news (and a rare stop on the conference circuit).

In addition to his upcoming CurrentTV show, Olbermann is also planning to launch a new Website meant to antagonize his greatest foe.
