Keith Olbermann ‘Interviews’ Sharron Angle
Nevada U.S. Senate candidate Sharron Angle does not do many TV interviews. Save for a memorable back and forth with Fox News Channel’s Carl Cameron in which she explained that she wants the media to “ask the questions we want to answer so that they report the news the way we want it to be reported,” she has largely been absent from the national airwaves.
Last night MSNBC host Keith Olbermann took a cue from “The Daily Show,” and “interviewed” Angle about her candidacy and her position on the media:

That’s one way to get that hard to book interview: fake it!
Elsewhere, Sports By Brooks reports that Olbermann will not be appearing on NBC’s “Football Night in America” this season.
Why?
The culprit seems to be the folks at MSNBC, who want the host to focus on his daily program. As SBB notes “during the 2009 NFL season, Olbermann periodically did not appear on Friday editions of Countdown.”
