Lawrence O’Donnell Rewrites Himself on ‘The Last Word’
One of the regular segments on “The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell” is the “rewrite” segment, where O’Donnell takes a speech or moment from the news and rewrites it.
Last night, O’Donnell rewrote himself. In the introduction to his interview with RNC chairman Michael Steele earlier this week, O’Donnell referred to the RNC as Steele’s “master,” a term with racial implications.
That did not sit well with Steele… or O’Donnell:
