Lawrence O’Donnell had Levi Johnston on his MSNBC show last night. Johnston was promoting his new book “Deer in the Headlights: My Life in Sarah Palin‘s Crosshairs.” But rather than quoting from the book, O’Donnell coaxed Johnston into reading a portion about a shower Johnston and his then-girlfriend Bristol Palin took in Gov. Palin’s home. Johnston struggled to read the passage, likely written by a ghost writer: “We were in the middle of shampooing each other’s hair, when we heard the truck come back. I freaked.”
