Former “Today” co-anchor Meredith Vieira may have left the daily morning program, but she is still a part of the NBCUniversal family. In addition to her upcoming role as a correspondent on “Rock Center,” Vieira will be appearing on the NBCU-owned Syfy channel… as a ghost hunter:

Vieira’s guest appearance will air on Syfy October 26.
