MSNBC Should Choose News Over Imus

MSNBC stayed with Don Imus “for nearly 20 minutes after the first flash of news” about the incidents, “and while everyone was already on full-throttle with coverage, MSNBC depended on Imus and his crew to report the story.”

> An MSNBC spokesperson noted that Imus covered the bombings, including a phoner by James Hattori.

> “How stupid are they?,” Imus said on-air this morning, sounding baffled by the story. Then he said he shouldn’t comment in a NY Daily News story…
