Sen. John McCain joined Chris Matthews on the Hardball College Tour on MSNBC yesterday, and received some of "the best questions, the toughest questions I've ever had," according to the senator. McCain was referring to the students' portion of the questioning.

One of those tough questions related the clip of Sen. Hillary Clinton throwing back a shot of whiskey in a Pennsylvania bar, and ended by the student asking if McCain, "would care to join me for a shot after this."

Although McCain turned down the offer, he didn't know the famous offspring he could have been chugging shots with — the questioner was Peter Doocy, son of Fox & Friends co-anchor, Steve Doocy. Peter is a junior at Villanova, where the College Tour had stopped.
