As MSNBC.com rushed to put up a banner for Gerald Ford's death last night, the site accidently put up the wrong graphic. "The lead story was that Democrats had won the Senate rather than that Ford had died!," an e-mailer says. "Note that the stories further down the page on both the correct and incorrect webpages are identical." The mistake was only up for a minute.

But once the Ford banner was up, it said he died at the age of 92... it was later changed to 93.
