MSNBC’s Digital Moves

TVBarn‘s Aaron Barnhart has more on how MSNBC seems to be disappearing from a lower tier of channels and ending up in the higher, digital realm in many markets served by Comcast (Oregon, Washington, Connecticut and Colorado, among them). Barnhart’s summary, blame NBCU not Comcast:

Odd, isn’t it, that NBC Universal can figure out how to embed a light-bulb contract into its negotiations for the Beijing Games TV rights with the NFL, but it can’t figure out how to keep its 24-hour news channel from going dark in hundreds of thousands of homes served by one of the free world’s largest cable companies?

>More: And Pittsburgh, too.

>More, More: And Houston, too. According to a TVNewser emailer.
