MTP First, But This Week with George Stephanopoulos’ Best Ever

NBC’s Meet the Press was the top rated Sunday morning public affairs show last week. But ABC’s This Week had its highest total viewer delivery since February 3, 2002 — and highest ever with George Stephanopoulos as anchor.

It was also the highest A25-54 demo rating since March 30, 2003.

Week-to-week, ABC and FOX saw gains while NBC and CBS were down.

The demo ratings for NBC and ABC were tied at 1.2. CBS had 1.1 and FOX had .6.

For September 7, NBC had 4,030,000 viewers, ABC had 3,600,000, CBS had 3,380,000 and FOX had 1,530,000.
