MTV Explores the “Magic”

Here at TVNewser, we’ve done a few comparisons of the technological wonders employed by CNN and Fox News during primary nights. MTV follows suit with a variation, as they visited CNN’s Election Center on Tuesday and gave a behind-the-scenes look at the coverage.

MTV News’ Tim Kash writes about, and videoed, his experience at the the network. Of course, John King‘s “Magic Wall” was a focus. “In all seriousness, his plasma screen gave FOX a run for their money,” he writes (Kash visited FNC during STII).

Kash talked to John King before heading over to the wall himself for an amateur spin. “They call me the map guy or the wall guy,” said King, of people on the street. “They ask how I do this with my hands.”
