In a statement today, GE said: “NBC Universal has a successful history of strategic acquisitions and as standard practice is always evaluating opportunities. It’s simply good business.”![]()
This morning The New York Times and Wall Street Journal reported that GE had considered a joint bid with Microsoft, “but the two sides couldn’t reach an agreement…”
