NBC’s George Lewis Retires, Sort Of

On “Nighly News” last night, Brian Williams bid farewell to George Lewis, after 42 years with NBC News, most of it reporting from the Los Angeles bureau. Lewis follows in the footsteps of not-so-retired NBC News Middle East correspondent Martin Fletcher.
