A new audiotape purported to be from Osama Bin Laden has hit the cable airwaves. MSNBC was first on the air with the story at 2:02pmET. It may help that the international assignment desk and Arabic translator are both within a few feet of the anchor desk. FNC had it second at 2:07, then CNN at 2:18.
