Nightline Beats Letterman, But Leno Back On Top

ABC’s Nightline topped CBS’ Late Show with David Letterman in Total Viewers and the A25-54 demo last week, beating the program each night. Year-to-year, Nightline is up 15% in Total Viewers and 7% in the demo.

Nightline topped both NBC’s Tonight Show and CBS’ Late Show in both categories for the first time since 1998 during the prior week. It declined in both categories after a strong election week.
