‘Nightline’ Tops Letterman, Leno Monday Night

With a little help from “Dancing with the Stars,” ABC’s “Nightline” drew 4.87 million Total Viewers Monday night, which was more than Jay Leno (4.19 million) and David Letterman (4.12 million), according to overnight fast affiliate numbers. “Nightline” also drew the largest audience in A25-54 and A18-49. “Dancing” drew 24.19 million Total Viewers for ABC, the most-watched premiere ever.
