Obama Delivers Statement on Arrest in Attempted Bombing

President Obama delivered a statement this morning at 11:06amET on the arrest of a suspect in the weekend’s failed Times Square bombing. The president had been scheduled to speak at the Business Council about rebuilding the economy.

Diane Sawyer anchored a special report for ABC News with with correspondents Brian Ross and Pierre Thomas, and Katie Couric anchored a special report for CBS News with correspondent Bob Orr. CBS went back to regular programming at 11:10amET and ABC went back at 11:13amET
