“On The Money” Returns August 4

TVNewser has learned “On the Money” will return to the CNBC line-up August 4. The program will air at 8pmET replacing repeats of Suze Orman. The Melissa Francis-anchored On The Money was shelved last September.

This version, anchored by Carmen Wong Ulrich, will be a personal finance hour during which viewers will be able to interact by asking questions via webcams, phone calls and web chats. Beginning with its second week, the show could get a nice boost from NBC’s Olympics programming. From 5-8pmET, CNBC will be airing Olympic Boxing.

The personal finance show will go up against Dave Ramsey on FBN, which is also a personal finance show and also takes viewer calls.

Also beginning August 4, CNBC will re-air the 5pmET show, “Fast Money” at MidnightET.
