Peter King: No Hard Knocks This Year

Peter King of Sports Illustrated reports on Twitter that HBO will not film Hard Knocks this summer, a victim of the lingering lockout.

The cancellation of the popular training camp documentary series comes on the heels of the NFL’s cancellation of the Hall of Fame game between the Bears and Rams.

Sources on both sides of the labor impasse have said the end of the lockout is imminent, but fine details need to be hammered out before the lockout threatens the first week of preseason games.
