Some Lax Rule Enforcement to Kick Off GOP YouTube Debate

The CNN/YouTube debate kicked off to a heated, unbridled debate between Rudy Guiliani and Mitt Romney. The question which started the argument hinged on Guiliani's "sanctuary city" past in New York. Host Anderson Cooper asked Romney for a response. Romney did, by attacking Guiliani's record on immigration, which then garnered a response from Guiliani, calling out Romney for running a "sanctuary mansion."

The heated exchange had Guiliani and Romney speaking four separate times, with Guiliani getting booed as he tried to speak a fifth time. It was 8:17 before anyone else spoke.

Cooper continued to whisper "time" multiple times throughout the beginning of the debate as "30-second" responses flew around the stage. Only four questions were asked during the first half hour of the debate.

Also, Chuck Norris was shown twice in the audience before 8:15, which may be a good thing for Mike Huckabee.
