Q3 2008 Ratings: Rankers

Fox News Channel had eight of the top 10 programs in Total Viewers during the third quarter of 2008. MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow Show made the top 10, in sixth place for the quarter, although there were only 14 programs. CNN’s Larry King Live finished 10th. The O’Reilly Factor was the top program again last quarter.

Bill O’Reilly also had the top program in the A25-54 demo, and Hannity & Colmes was 2nd. HLN’s Nancy Grace cracked the top 10 as well in the demo.

It was FNC’s 2nd highest quarter ever during the third quarter, and it finished 4th in prime time on all of cable. CNN ranked ninth and MSNBC 23rd.

In total day, FNC was 6th, CNN 11th and MSNBC 27th.
