Rachel Maddow at CPAC

maddow_2-18.jpgMSNBC host Rachel Maddow stopped by the Conservative Political Action Conference today in Washington, DC, reports Politico’s Michael Calderone:

“Since I was in town, and I knew we’d be talking about CPAC, it made sense to just stop by and see for myself,” Maddow said.

Maddow also had some praise for the conference and the wide spectrum of media invited: “I think that’s one of the things CPAC’s done right. I’ve always had a lot of respect for them for that.”

Calderone notes that Maddow is in D.C. for a Library of Congress event and will host her show from Washington tonight and tomorrow. Glenn Beck delivers the Saturday evening keynote.
