Grace's numbers are impressive for Headline News (even though they're miniscule next to Fox News). Grace beat MSNBC's Keith Olbermann (388,000 to 310,000 viewers), though Olbermann had a slight edge in the 25-54 demo. "It's a clear cut battle for third place at this point," an insider said, "although it's becoming increasingly obvious that Nancy Grace is being groomed to replace Paula Zahn."
