Results Are In: Todd In Lead…

Yesterday’s FishbowlDC/TVNewser poll asked readers for “your pick for next ‘Meet’ host.”

More than 6,000 votes were cast, and some choices bubbled up to the top. But NBC political director Chuck Todd finished in the lead, with 20% of the vote.

In second place was Tom Brokaw (19%), with Gwen Ifill finishing 3rd (16%) and David Gregory in 4th (14%).

FishbowlDC hears from an media source Brokaw is the frontrunner, with former Newsweek editor and current NBC News VP Mark Whitaker as a bureau chief possibility.
