Rita Loses Her Rasp

We were starting to worry about Rita Cosby. She hadn’t been seen on the air in weeks! She returned to MSNBC’s air yesterday, but something seemed different.

The New York Post puts it this way: Rita “has found her voice.”

“There’s nothing like going to the doctor and getting a prescription that includes an enforced vacation (I went to Mexico), getting some vocal rest, and coming back with a tan to this arctic weather,” Cosby’s statement to the Post says. “I am getting so many compliments about my voice, I intend to keep it this way… Thanks for noticing how energetic my voice sounds.”
