Rove v. Dems: Neck & Neck

In Karl Rove v. the democratic candidates, it’s too close to call. Rove was a guest on Meet the Press with substitute moderator David Gregory. The program brought in 2,872,000 viewers. ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos featured a Democratic candidate debate and brought in 2,866,000 viewers. (+6,000 for NBC)

In the 25-54 demo, ABC takes the crown with 1,080,000 viewers to MTP’s 1,010,000 (+70,000 for ABC).

Rove was also a guest on CBS’ Face the Nation (2,420,000 viewers) and Fox News Sunday (1,080,000).

>Update: The total viewer ratings information provided by ABC and NBC differs. ABC says both nets had 2,870,000 viewers, making it a tie. I should have more definitive information tomorrow.
