When Terri Schiavo’s parents filed an appeal with the Supreme Court at 11pm, FNC took the lead with coverage. Greta Van Susteren was live for an extra hour, wrapping up at midnight (and delaying primetime repeats). MSNBC had the news a couple minutes later, and ran a Flash News chyron on top of Hardball.
