Schieffer’s CBS Evening News Ratings

Since Bob Schieffer sat down at the CBS Evening News anchor desk, “viewership has dipped 1%, compared with a 6% drop at first-place NBC Nightly News and a 5% drop at ABC’s World News Tonight,” Peter Johnson wrote on Monday. Howard Kurtz noted those numbers are for the “Five nights Schieffer has anchored without being preempted in part of the country for the NCAA basketball tournament.”
