Scott Pelley Doesn’t Mess with Texas

Texas native and soon-to-be anchor of the CBS Evening News, Scott Pelley has returned home. He’ll be the Master of Ceremonies tonight at at event for the MD Anderson Cancer Center which will be held at the home of the Houston Astros, Minute Maid Park. CBS affiliate KHOU will be on hand to cover the event and interview Pelley. Pelley’s new boss, CBS News president David Rhodes is also along on the trip. It’s a return home for Rhodes as well who graduated from Rice University.
