Shep Smith Pulling for President Colbert

FNC anchor Shepard Smith had some fun with the Daily Intelligencer’s 21 Questions quiz. In the interview, he revealed his favorite drink (Heineken or Ketel One), his favorite New Yorker (Derek Jeter) and the last play he saw on Broadway (Rent).

Also, he was asked who he thought should be the next president, answering, “I was all about Stephen Colbert. Sad, really, that he was dismissed so callously.”

For a little behind-the-scenes on Smith’s FNC life, he described what he does each day as, “I go to meetings, absorb the news, argue with [producer] Kim Rosenberg and read the TelePromTer poorly.”

Smith also knows the company line — when asked “Times, Post, or Daily News?” his answer was, “This is the line where I write Post.”
