Some CNN Pipeline Users Get Refunds

CNN is offering refunds to annual CNN Pipeline subscribers as it shifts to an all-free format for live video.

“If you’re an annual subscriber, you’ll be receiving a refund for the unused portion of your subscription 7-10 days from now,” according to an e-mail sent to users yesterday.
