And last night, after CNBC’s Rick Santelli canceled on Friday (“I guess the phrase would be ‘bailed out’” said Jon Stewart), The Daily Show’s Stewart showed his method — an eight-minute indictment of CNBC. From wrong predictions to softball CEO interviews, and bringing it all home with the ill-fated accused scammer interview last year, the anthology of pre-meltdown material was vast. Said Stewart: “If I’d only followed CNBC’s advice, I’d have a million dollars today…provided I started with 100 million dollars.”:
