New York Social Diary explains: “It was Tartan Week in New York a couple of weeks ago which means: a band of kilted Scotsmen and would-be Scotsmen showing off some bare leg and leaving a lot to the imagination, whatwith the traditional habits of kilt-wearing.

They raised money for Friends of Scotland, an organization dedicated toward building bonds of cooperation between Scotland and the United States.”
