Sunday Show Ratings: Nov. 8 An interesting story is emerging among the Sunday public affairs shows. NBC's "Meet the Press with David Gregory" was #1 last week, but #2 ABC's "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" narrowed the Total Viewer gap with "Meet" again last Sunday by 35,000 more viewers than the week before.And while "Face the Nation with Bob Schieffer" tied "This Week," in Total Viewers, the CBS show was #1 in younger viewers. Meanwhile, as FOX News Sunday lags on the broadcast network the combined viewings on Fox News Channel brought viewership to 3.74M viewers, ahead of the combined 3.55M first-run and MSNBC re-runs of "Meet." Update: We left out the 2am re-air of "Meet the Press" on NBC (694K Total Viewers). With that showing, the combined total of "Meet" is 4.25M, ahead of FOX News Sunday.

Sunday Show Ratings: Nov. 1 "Meet the Press" was the number one public affairs show last Sunday, despite being on hours earlier in the nation's #1 market, due to the New York City marathon.#2 ABC's "This Week" narrowed the Total Viewer gap with "Meet" by 64% versus the same week last year, the 35th time this year that's happened. And while criticized by some, the FOX News Sunday interview with Rush Limbaugh was a big draw. The FOX broadcast and FOX News replays brought in a combined 3.89M Total Viewers. The combined "Meet the Press" airings on NBC and MSNBC gave that show 3.32M Total Viewers.

Sunday Show Ratings: October 25 The Sunday show ratings were close this week with NBC's "Meet the Press" in first and ABC's "This Week" in second by approximately 50,000 Total Viewers. CBS' "Face the Nation" tied "This Week" in 25-54 demo viewers.No one from the White House appeared this Sunday. In Washington, D.C., NBC experienced transmitter issues during the broadcast, affecting viewing numbers, which were its lowest since May 31st. This Sunday, "MTP" will air early in New York due to coverage of the New York City Marathon.
Sunday Show Ratings: October 18 There was not much movement among the Sunday shows this week and NBC's "Meet the Press" was the winner again. The NBC program and ABC's "This Week" saw roughly the same Total Viewers as last week, though the A25-54 demo gap between the two shows this week was only 30K, a rating tie (.7).CBS' "Face the Nation" was down 200K Total Viewers from last week, while FOX's "Fox News Sunday" was up 160K.
