<title>NFL Broadcast Teams For Week 15</title>
<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="/tvnewser/files/2010/12/football-empty-stadium-seats-rain.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-4221" title="football-empty-stadium-seats-rain" src="/tvnewser/files/2010/12/football-empty-stadium-seats-rain.jpg" alt="" /></a>With the <a href="http://content.usatoday.com/communities/thehuddle/post/2010/12/bengals-blacked-out-again-vs-browns/1" target="_blank">Cincinnati Bengals</a>, <a href="http://www.footballnewsnow.com/2010/raiders-vs-broncos-blacked-out-in-bay-area/" target="_blank">Oakland Raiders</a> and <a href="http://www.tampabay.com/sports/football/bucs/tampa-bay-bucs-detroit-lions-game-blacked-out-locally/1140375" target="_blank">Tampa Bay Buccaners</a> (Thanks <strong><a href="http://www.mediabistro.com/Jimmy-Delach-profile.html">Jimmy Delach</a></strong>) blacked out on Sunday, it raises the season total to 23  &#8211;  one more than last season&#8217;s mark.</p>
<p>The league&#8217;s 22 blackouts in 2009 were a five-year high. With Oakland, Tampa Bay, Cincinnati and Buffalo all hosting home games in Week 16, the number is certain to increase.</p>
