New EPs for ‘Daily Rundown,’ ‘Andrea Mitchell Reports’

rundownreports_8-12.jpgMSNBC has announced some new changes among its dayside executive producers, TVNewser has learned.

Jennifer Suozzo is now EP of “Andrea Mitchell Reports,” the program she helped launch in 2008.

Federico “Fed” Quadrani — who, as we reported, left a supervising producer gig at “Today” in April to EP MSNBC weekends — becomes the EP of Chuck Todd and Savannah Guthrie‘s “Daily Rundown,” which launched in January. Quadrani replaces Nikki Egan who moved to primetime to take the senior producer opening Greg Kordick left on “Countdown.”

Rich Stockwell Named EP of ‘Countdown with Keith Olbermann’

So, one minute after MSNBC announced Greg Kordick was leaving “Countdown with Keith Olbermann”, the network announced who would be taking over the show — it’s another of Olbermann’s longtime senior producers, Rich Stockwell who’s been with MSNBC and, before that, NBC Newschannel since 1992.

Another defection from ‘Countdown with Keith Olbermann’

MSNBC just announced that Greg Kordick who had been Senior Producer on “Countdown with Keith Olbermann” is moving with his boss, Izzy Povich, to Lawrence O’Donnell‘s new 10pmET program, set to launch in the fall.

Kordick will EP the show. It was announced Monday that Povich would be Senior EP.

Kordick has been with MSNBC since 1997 joining as a writer on Soledad O’Brien‘s weekend morning show “Morning Blend.” He’s worked on several other programs including “Ashleigh Banfield On Location,” “The Abrams Report” and “Scarborough Country.” He’d been with Olbermann since the launch of “Countdown” in 2003.
