Paula Zahn — Participating in, and Talking About, the Arts

zahn_11-18.jpgFormer FNC and CNN anchor Paula Zahn has a new gig, as co-host of WNET/Channel 13′s (New York’s PBS station) program, “Sunday Arts.”

The New York Daily News’ Richard Huff reports Zahn starts in her new role this Sunday at NoonET, co-hosting with Philippe de Montebello.

She also talks about experiencing her first presidential campaign “in three decades” as a viewer. “It’s an entirely different experience,” she tells Huff. “When you’re in the trenches and covering the daily campaign, you’re privy to information you don’t have on the sidelines.”

Besides just talking about the arts, Zahn will be participating — Huff reports she will play Carnegie Hall on December 2 with the Sejong Soloists (Zahn is an accomplished cellist).

Zahn left CNN in July 2007.
